*Are you the person we are looking for? *

We are growing our Customer Marketing team in our Automotive division. We want to drive innovation in our GTM approach and grow advocacy and thought leadership at OEM and Tier1 customers. You will be working in close alignment with the Sales organization and are responsible to develop and execute targeted mid- and long-term GTM strategies for accounts operating in the EMEA region. You execute this plan to drive up- and cross-sell and advocacy in alignment with Sales, Marketing and Product Management. Though this role will have its focus on EMEA it requires tight global alignment as most of our customers are operating globally.     

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual with proven analytical capabilities and project management skills, great attention to detail, the ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task. You will have a proven record of driving business growth working for Automotive Tier1/2 companies. You will have a passion for Automotive Software Sales and will be reporting to the Director Customer Marketing Automotive.

Responsibilities: 

Know and grow knowledge of the industry, the organization and its proposition:  

  • Closely collaborate with Sales, Product and Marketing peers 

  • Stay abreast the vast and fast changing global automotive landscape and its growing ecosystem  

  • Gather and distill feedback from customers and partners and distribute to core stakeholders 

     

*Support pipeline growth: * 

  • Analyze addressable markets across the automotive software stack and identify growth opportunities per customer  

  • Work with Product and Sales to identify and prioritize up- and cross-sell opportunities solving OEM business problems 

  • Support Sales managers in the region in creating and executing on their account strategy  

  • Develop Commercial Insights to create unique industry propositions based on QNX portfolio  

  • Grow awareness and support lead gen with Account Based Marketing activities, on- and offline  

  • Develop a targeted ‘offering’ strategy In close sync with key internal stakeholders, including marketing collateral, development toolkits, reference materials, onboarding processes, operational & technical support, etc. 

  • Enable replication of success cases by means of collecting, extracting and sharing of information across the organization.    

      

You will have:  

  • Ability to understand highly technical concepts, embedded automotive technology, and systems 

  • Strong analytical capabilities to derive business recommendations from market/finance data analysis 

  • Strong networking and communication skills, also for technical concepts. Is comfortable and effective in pitching Automotive Software solutions to a technical and non-technical audience, no matter the size or seniority 

  • Experience in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms 

  • Proven marketing experience alongside a BS/BA in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or Engineering (or equivalent)

  • Great self-motivation and passion. You will be comfortable navigating organizational complexities independently, address challenges and deliver results

  • Highly desirable skills include past experience ideally at a Tier1 or OEM with a business network in the automotive sector and experience in building partnerships & ecosystems. 

  • Proficiency in English language with German and/or French a plus
